Slide linear guide rail

Mainly composed of slider and guide rail, slider is mainly used for sliding friction guide rail. Linear guide rail, also known as line rail, slide rail, linear guide rail, or linear slide rail, is used in situations of linear reciprocating motion and can bear a certain amount of torque, achieving high-precision linear motion under high loads. In mainland China, it is called linear guide rail, while in Taiwan, it is generally called linear guide rail or linear sliding rail.
The function of linear guide rail movement is to support and guide moving components to perform reciprocating linear motion in a given direction. According to the friction properties, linear motion guides can be divided into sliding friction guides, rolling friction guides, elastic friction guides, fluid friction guides, and other types. Linear bearings are mainly used in automated machinery, such as machine tools, bending machines, laser welding machines imported from Germany, etc. Of course, linear bearings and linear shafts are used together. Linear guides are mainly used in mechanical structures with high precision requirements. The moving and fixed components of linear guides do not use intermediate media, but instead use rolling steel balls.
